Welcome to the Greenville OB GYN
Clinic.
Dr. Marie Hollis considers it a great honor to serve
women in the Greenville area. We provide personalized,
compassionate care to each patient. We have experi-
ence in women's health including adolescents who may
come to see us for contraception or painful periods,
women who are pregnant or trying to become pregnant,
and also women experience urinary leakage, pain, or
menopausal symptoms.

Coronavirus (COVID-19) Health and Safety Policy for Greenville OB-GYN Clinic Patients and Staff
FOR PATIENTS:
Must wear a mask to enter our facility, this is to protect you along with our staff and families.
Only the patient is allowed into the facility, unless you are a single mom and notify us ahead of time so we
can make accommodations. If the child is 10 years old or older they will be required to wear a mask. We
do ask to please seek all possibilities on finding someone to come with you to watch the children or leave
them with a caretaker.
When you arrive at our facility we ask you to please call us and let us know you are here and we will
come out to you asap.
We will be checking temperatures as part of our screening process before letting you into our facility. We
will also be checking temperatures on all children regardless of age that will need to accompany you
during your visit.
If going in for the following, COVID-19 testing is required 2-3 days before and appointments will be
set up accordingly.

FOR STAFF:
The staff members must wear a mask at all times.
The staff must wear gloves when working with patients.
The staff members will have temperature checks three times a day. 8:45 am, 12pm and at the end of
their shift. A log will be kept of these temperatures. If the employee shows a temperature of 100 or
above the employee will be sent home to be put into quarantine for 14 days. If any family member that
resides with the employee becomes ill with fever, the employee will be required to stay home for 7days. If
during that 7 days the family member is diagnosed with COVID-19, they will be required to stay home for
a total of 14 days from the time the family member was diagnosed. The staff member will not be allowed
back at the office until the family member is released by the state. A copy of the release letter will be
required to come back to work.
When COVID-19 testing is required the staff members will suit up accordingly to perform this test. A N95
mask must be worn along with foot covers, a gown with sleeves and a face shield if available. If the face
shield is not available they will be required to wear a N95 along with a surgical mask. Supplies are limited
and the requirements can change at any time.
